2. Metal orifice plate corrugated packing is made of orifice plates with grooves on the surface, which maintains the structural characteristics of metal corrugated packing, increases the uniform distribution of liquid and filler wetting properties, and improves mass transfer efficiency. For diameters exceeding 1.5m, the filler is made into blocks. Applicable occasions: Metal orifice plate corrugated packing has the advantages of large flux, low resistance, high efficiency and strong anti-blocking ability. It is widely used in unit operations such as distillation, absorption, and extraction. According to the packing model, the minimum diameter is 80~200mm, the maximum diameter has reached 13m, the liquid spray density can be from 0.2~220m3/m2.hr, and the pressure range can be from vacuum to high pressure. It is a versatile and efficient structured packing suitable for chemical, fertilizer, oil refining, petrochemical, natural gas and other industries. ​
3. 4. Applicable occasions: 1. Normal pressure and vacuum distillation; 2. Special processes, such as titanium, aluminum and other mesh fillers are required. 3. 5. HT semi-tubular structured packing has the advantages of small flux, small resistance, high mass transfer efficiency, anti-pollution gas and liquid distribution, etc. ​
Metal orifice plate corrugated packing is one of the most widely used structured packings. Metal orifice plate corrugated packing is a packing disk composed of metal sheets pressed into corrugated rows with helical teeth. 3. Plastic packing has the characteristics of light weight, heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, etc., including tower packing made of PP, PE, RPP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF and other materials. Plastic packing has the characteristics of large void ratio, pressure drop and mass transfer unit. It has the characteristics of low height, high flooding point, sufficient vapor-liquid contact, and high mass transfer efficiency. The operating temperature in various media is 60-150°C. Plastic fillers are widely used in packed towers in petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali, gas, environmental protection and other industries.

Plastic structured packing has the advantages of light weight, large capacity, low pressure drop, high specific surface area, and easy replacement. Wire mesh corrugated filling is composed of a mixed braided mesh of polypropylene and polyacrylonitrile threads. The oblique corrugated packing uses polypropylene or PVDF plates.
